Open Templates and choose Preview to explore a design on desktop or mobile. Choose Use this template to create your own copy. Sign in and choose a plan when you are ready to save and publish. Replace the example brand name, project descriptions, images, and contact details before sharing your site.

The public playground lets you explore the editor without an account. Use it to try layouts, add content, and learn the controls. When you are ready to keep your work, follow the save flow to sign in and choose a plan.

Open a site from your dashboard. Select an element on the canvas or in Layers, then use the content controls in the inspector. Update text, image sources, and button destinations. Check that your links work and that you have permission to publish every image you use.

Use Insert to add elements or ready-made sections. Select a container before inserting inside it. Reorder content in Layers, then use the design controls to adjust spacing, type, alignment, and colors. Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile previews to check wrapping and layout.

Cmd/Ctrl+S saves, Cmd/Ctrl+Z undoes, and Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes. Escape deselects. Delete removes the selected element when you are not typing in a field. Cmd/Ctrl+] or [ moves a layer forward or backward; add Shift to move it to the front or back.

Changes save automatically after a short pause. Check the save status before leaving the editor. Review your page title, description, and address in Site settings, then publish. Publishing creates a public snapshot: later edits remain in your draft until you publish again.

Custom domains are available on every plan. Open Domains in your dashboard, choose the website, and enter a domain you own. Add the DNS records shown by Vale at your domain provider, then check verification. DNS and certificate updates can take time; use the status shown in Domains to see the next step.

Download HTML from the editor to keep a portable copy of your work. Third-party forms and services still need their own configuration. Unpublish from Site settings to remove the public version while keeping the draft. Deleting a site removes its draft and published version, so export anything you want to keep first.

Select the form and choose a connector: Google Forms, Google Sheets / Drive, or a custom HTTPS endpoint. Paste the public or pre-filled Google Form URL so fields can map to its question names. A spreadsheet URL alone cannot receive submissions. For Sheets, link a Google Form or deploy the supplied Apps Script and use its /exec URL. Test the published form before sharing it.

Buttons can link to a booking page, a payment link, an email address, or another section of your site. Add the destination in the inspector and check it in preview. An example product layout does not create a payment processor or fulfilment system: connect your chosen provider and test the complete flow.

Starter costs ₦1,000 monthly. Plus, Pro, and Enterprise have monthly or annual billing. Existing Starter lifetime purchases remain honored. See your current plan and usage in Billing. Subscription AI credits refresh monthly; purchased credit packs do not expire. Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance.

Use Billing to manage your subscription. Cancelling renewal keeps your paid access until the current period ends. Use Account settings to manage your profile and sign-in details. For a payment issue, include your transaction reference when contacting support, but never send your card details, password, or sign-in codes.

A conflict means another tab saved a newer version. Export your current work before reloading. Close duplicate editor tabs, reload the latest version, and bring back any changes you need. Vale blocks the conflicting save so one tab cannot silently overwrite another.

First check whether your newest changes were published, rather than only saved as a draft. Open the published link from Site settings. For a custom domain, review its DNS and SSL status in Domains. If it still fails, contact support with the page URL, the error you see, and the steps you tried.
